Eric Jacobson. That's me. There's alot to say, but not much space to do it, so I'll make it as short as I can without skipping anything important, OK? Cool. And as soon as I get a decent, recent picture of me, I'll put it here as well.

Anyway, I started writing when I was in the 8th grade in High School. I was bored in my Civics class (a subject I already knew tons about thanks to the Internet), so I got out my pencil, pulled a spare notebook out of my backpack, thought for a few minutes, and started writing.

I found that stories, while they seem daunting to any author just starting out, came rather easily to me. Once I began writing, the words just seemed to flow from my mind. I discovered that my writing style was more of an "on the fly" kind of thing, meaning I made most of it up as I went without any sort of pre-planning.

Anyway, that story, "In Time," eventually grew to 180-some-odd handwritten pages. Not bad for a first timer, eh? It took four months worth of classes to finish, and not just Civics classes...

Then, when I got to college, I discovered the wonderful art of FanFiction. I read several stories, not really thinking about writing my own. And then, my ex-fiance, Erina, got me into Pokemon. The show and games were nifty, but too childish. I figured Pokemon need to grow up a bit. The result? Pokemon: Nomad Heart, my first attempt at FanFiction. I submitted it to Pokemon Village, and for the first time, became a published (well, kinda, anyway) FanFiction author.

It was around the time I finished Nomad Heart that Cartoon Network was running the Trunks/Android/Cell Saga episodes of DBZ for the first time. And it bothered me that they had a habit of skipping several years between Trunks' arrival and that of the Androids. It was clear that Vegeta and Bulma were to get together and have a son, but how did it happen?

Well, the sappy romantic in me took over, and the end result is what you see on this website. DBZ:UR.

And now, a little about me! When I'm not writing, surfing the 'Net or out and about doing lord knows what, I'm the lead vocalist in a hard rock/metal band called Tempered Edge. We've released our first studio album, which is a realization of a childhood dream to be a rock star. I'm also a Volunteer Firefighter with the Chester Hill Hose Company in Chester Hill, PA. Now THAT'S a nifty job! I've gone through quite a bit of training, and find that I like being able to rush into a burning building with complete disregard for my own life, just to save the life and property of someone else. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, knowing that what I do is helping my fellow humans.
